Kayode Adeosun is the Managing Director/CEO of Ticktos Nigeria Limited and under his leadership, Ticktos Nigeria Limited has achieved great feats in the Building and Civil Engineering construction industry in Nigeria. He has a rich background in the design and construction of complex Buildings and Roads projects supervision and management with his experience spanning over three decades in the construction industry, both in Nigeria and abroad. He worked in Ondo State Housing Corporation as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and left after some years of meritorious service in the corporation during which he was actively involved in the establishment and development of Estates for the corporation. Some of these sprawling Estates as living testimonies are Obaile Housing Estate in Akure, State Housing Estates in Ondo and Owo Towns. He founded Ticktos Nigeria Ltd in 1994 with other professionals in the construction industry.

Kayode is a Fellow member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FNIQS) and a registered Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He holds a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife) where he graduated over twenty-five years ago.

He has an MBA from Federal University of Tech Akure. Kayode is a a man driven by vision and values, he has led the firm to construct several landmark Roads and Building projects across the country.

TITILAYO CECILIA ADEOSUN (MRS)

B.Sc. (Building), M.Sc. (QS), MNIOB.

Executive Director

She holds a Bachelor degree in Building from Obafemi Awolowo University. She subsequently did her Masters degree in Quantity Surveying. She is a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Builders (MNIOB). Titilayo has been involved extensively in the supervision of various building projects for over 20 years after her first degree. She is also an Executive Director in the company.

ENGR. SHOBOLA OLATUNDE MOSES

Project Manager

Engr Shobola Olatunde Moses is a Civil and Structural Engineer. He has over 15 years experience working in various capacities as site Engineer, Project Engineer, Resident Engineer and Project Manager.

He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Ado Ekiti in 2004. Engr Shobola had been involved in supervision of Heavy Civil Engineering and other road projects such as the Rehabilitation of the 28Km Afon – Aboto Road project in Kwara State and the reconstruction of 5 major roads under Osun State Rural Accessibility and Mobility Project financed by the World Bank Project which involves Earthworks, construction of Multi Cell culverts, Drainages, and asphalt overlay.

He has, since 2010, been serving as Project Manager in TICKTOS NIG LTD.

ENGR. OLUWOLE FEYIJIMI

Engr. Oluwole is a registered civil engineer who is very versatile in Roads and Building Construction. He had been involved in supervision of Roads and Building for the firm for over seven years during which he has served as site Engineer and Project Engineer.

MR. ADENIYI WINSALA

Armed with a post graduate qualification and with complete experience, knowledge and understanding of the three Streams of the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria and the Diaspora and the ability to comprehend, analyse and put in perspective, business processes, ideas, models and implementations, Niyi Winsala, a certified Subsea Cable Jointer, Designer and Installer of Heat Tracing System (RAYCHEM/TYCO), with a Certificate in Strategic & Development of Renewable Energy, and Supply Chain Management, (Hong-Kong.); Certificate in Diesel Power and Hydraulics System, (WIE), has, on different occasions, held several positions ranging from

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BBA, a degree in Maintenance Engineering from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. 30+ years working in the upstream and midstream of the Oil & Gas Industry.
Technical and Mechanical skills at a highly develop level with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Experience with diversity and ethnicity working hand in hand, training and teaching persons from South America, Africa, the Middle East and the United States. Designed and developed extensive training course curriculums for basic and advanced technical classes for beginners to seasoned skilled workers.
